Warsaw Tantra Temple

In its healing aspect Tantra restores circulation of our natural sexuality, while in its ritual aspect it opens us to transcendence.

We can feel that our life is a part of cyclic cosmic transformations in which humans have tried to participate consciously since the ancient times*.

And although we don’t need any go-betweens for such experiences, we know there are places on the Earth that seem to have been created just to reinforce energy flow experience. Most often they are natural power spots, such as mountain picks or forest clearings.  But there are also places created by men, such as stone circles or pyramids in Egypt. Such places have always been staging ceremonies and rituals aiming at reinforcing our connection with the Universe. The effect always depends on the purity of intentions of people participating in such rituals.

We’ve experienced different power spots during our travels. We’ve visited Pyramids and Indian Temples and meditated there. And then we realised there is no such place in Poland. We missed space where we could feel totally free, with no restraints, a place offering experience of power and uniqueness. Place that – openly speaking– would be a Tantra Temple, where experiencing the flow of love would be reinforced by active participation of transcendent divine elements. Space in which respect for the sacred sexuality would be a path leading towards the Spirit and not damnation.

And – just as the Heaven and Earth wanted it – such place has become a reality! Right in the centre of Warsaw, in the Old Town, in the basement of one of the historic tenement houses, we created  Warsaw Tantra Temple.

Although the house itself has been marked by the power of changes, destruction and reconstruction, its underground basements are original. Being several hundred years old they constitute one of the oldest walls in Warsaw.

It’s here – underground, inside the Earth. The Womb of Goddess – Mother and Lover. The room, entrance to which is like a beautiful Yoni. Inside you will find quietness. External world disappears behind thick walls, letting us experience internal peace. Those who had a chance to be there say that just being there brings healing and reinforcement.

The Temple is private and secret – just like Tantra itself. Although it has a lot to offer to everybody, not everybody is ready to follow the path. This is why for thousands of years Tantra practitioners kept their secrets to themselves. And although long time has passed, we want to maintain tradition of the sense of security and anonymity of those who want to experience the power of this unusual space. This is the reason why you will not find its address on the Internet. But, you will have a chance to discover yourself in the Tantra Temple if you want to!
